We stand by the quality of our paddles. Refunds / Returns are accepted only for:

 

• Wrong item sent

• Item arrived damaged (photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery)

• Manufacturing defects (within 7 days of receiving)

2. Include order number and photos of the issue

3. We will respond within 1–2 working days

No refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Used paddles

• Items returned after 7 days without valid reason

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless it’s a fault on our side.
